The Challenge is a programme which enables young people to take on challenges in the great outdoors and in their communities, providing them with transferable skills for the future.
The Challenge Network held their event ‘Elevate’ at 47/49 in August, inviting young people to tackle a 20 foot climbing wall in The Yard, and running workshops across the building which offered young people advice on entering the world of employment. Holding their event in one of the Dragons Den filming locations bolstered the profile of this event by giving young people an inspirational space in which to consider their future.
Workshops covered industries such as healthcare, the media and social work.
